Great, great, great!

Not only are their products well made, uniform and stylish, but they're gems to work with as a company. Communicative, helpful, and happy to suggest items/styles. I am thrilled to be a Reluctant Threads convert!

Great quality and service!

The team at Reluctant Threads are extremely helpful! I needed a large order after the site had just gone through a huge sale and were low on inventory for the items I needed. I expected to wait a while for them to replenish but I was able to place my order within a day of my inquiry! The order shipped incredibly fast and the aprons are amazing quality. Our cafes will be forever customers!

Should've met sooner

After 20 plus years in the industry finally found a reliable, comfortable apron. Really enjoy the durability of the fabric while still being pretty lightweight considering others on the market. Great color choices too and packing .keep up the solid work

Absolutely perfect apron

I had been searching online for hours upon hours for the perfect apron for painting. I had come across a lot of alright brands and options, but none of them felt "just right". Out of all the options, RT's aprons felt the best to me, so I went ahead and ordered it. When I received it, it was so much nicer than I expected it would be. I absolutely love it.

We all agree: favorite aprons EVER!

We are using the classic aprons in the kitchen and love them so much. Can’t ask for more from an apron! Quality, comfort, style, hang them to dry and no ironing necessary. We’ve had FoH staff wearing them as well but they proved to be a little too much apron for that, and so we just got this ‘bistro’ style, and everyone is extremely happy…upon trying it on, one server was quite jubilant, loudly proclaiming it to her favorite apron ever.
Cheers! - The Knock (ADK)

Tried & True Bang for your Buck

Great apron at a fair price, this our company go to for new chef aprons. We're all high volume stores, so the aprons truly get tested daily. We are all very happy with all our aprons purchases thus far. Only critique I would have is I'd like to see a towel / rag holder on the side of the apron so you don't have to have it in your waist tie.

Grey’s anatomy

Okay, “biggest” fear was straps required rear tying because I’m close to 220 lbs, but no problem tying my charcoal beauty in front. Phew.
Now on to practical apron considerations. It’s well constructed, the pockets are useful, the fabric substantial, the little ticking embellishment tastefully handled, and it happily reminds me of favorite NYC steak house waiter garb from forty years ago. I love this long half apron!

Best decision I ever made in buying an apron

I am a professional chef and have been for over forty years. I have gone through many different types of aprons, from the basics that get delivered to the kitchen every week from a linen service to high profile boutique aprons. I tried reluctant threads just like I tried others, but this was a very different outcome. Not only was the price very attractive so was the product and the quality. I think I have found a new company to do business with. Just give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.

SOLID CRAFTSMANSHIP

As a professional chef for 45 years, I am highly impressed with the apron. I've tried them all, Reluctant Threads is superior in every way.

Absolute joy of an apron!

Reluctant Threads did what few companies ever do; they towed that thin line between value and quality. The apron is made of high-quality material and provides everything I need in a professional kitchen from coverage across the torso, hips, and legs, convenient sharpie and pen access, to straps that are comfortable and grippy, which ensures they stay in place throughout my shift. So happy with the purchase that I told my wife I needed to add a new color to the rotation, which at that point would bring my total for two Reluctant Threads aprons to what other companies charge for one of theirs. I highly recommend their chef's apron for anyone from home cooks to caterers to pro chefs.

Lovely

Great color and I love the little details liked the striped tag on the pocket, and the khaki straps. Nice durable material but soft and not too heavy and not too stiff at all.
